5 TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT


  1. Drink at least a glass of water before every meal, this won`t let u eat much and avoid drinking water for half hour after meal.
  2. Do Cadio exercise daily for 30 min.
  3. Eat raw vegetable and fruits daily.
  4. Avoid fried things.
  5. Drink lemon and honey in lukewarm water empty stomach.
