Catrice Pure Pigments Lip Lacquer 020 Rosie’s Peony Review

Hello IMBBians,
I recently spotted newly launched lip Lacquer’s from Catrice, which are available in 8 variants, including some bold colors. Since most of the shades were similar to the ones I already have, I picked the only one that felt nice. Today’s review is all about Catrice Cosmetics Pure pigments Lip Lacquer in the shade ‘020 Rosie’s Peony’. Read on to know more.

Price and Quantity: $5 for 4.8 ml
Product Description:
Intensive Encounters. Colors with an intensive coverage and an ultimate high-gloss shine are joining the range with the Pure Pigments Lip Lacquers. At the same time, the Lip Lacquers have a convincing buttery-soft, non-sticky texture and feel wonderfully pleasant without settling in the lip lines. The result: a natural to dramatic Lip Look – in a choice of eight exciting colors.
Beauty Tip Confident Lip Make-up is uncompromising and relies on high-coverage premium textures that flatter the delicate and sensitive lips with a buttery-soft colour-application. Try the trend colors of the season now – from bright pink and red shades to muted violet and brown tones.
The wand housed in the cap has a push mechanism. When you open the cap, it pushes itself a little and you can easily pull out the wand. The wand is long, matching the tube. The wand is pretty decent and has a doe shaped sponge applicator that picks up the product effectively. The bigger wand makes it easy to apply the product to the lips.

My Experience with Catrice Pure Pigments Lip Lacquer 020 Rosie’s Peony:

The lip lacquer comes in a long tube with a black screw cap. The product is very sleek and is easy to carry in a bag or purse. The product is unsealed and you can see the shade through the transparent tube. The shade name is present on the cap too. There is very little or basic information about the product on the packaging. The packaging is decent.
The product is a little bit sticky and doesn’t dry completely. Because of this, there is a lot of transfer. The product also feels a bit heavy on the lips if I go for 2 coats. The product doesn’t cause any irritation and is also easy to remove. It clearly covers any pigmented lips. The product must be applied to well exfoliated and moisturized lips. It settles in between the cracks, thus care must be taken. I do not find any moisturizing properties from this lacquer.
